Common questions
“No markets open yet”
Tickets drop once the day's odds are in, in the morning, Sydney time. On a day with no priced matches left, there are no tickets.
A ticket is void
There were not enough runners at that level of risk today. The other tickets are unaffected.
My price is different in my bookmaker
Prices move all day. Each ticket prints the time its prices were taken; the price your bookmaker offers when you place a bet is the one that counts.
My history has gone
History is stored only on the device and browser you used. Clearing site data, switching browsers or reinstalling the app starts it again, and we cannot recover it because it was never sent to us.
Before you write
Most problems clear after the app updates itself — open it, wait a moment, and reopen it. Your history is not affected by an update.
